Caron Texas will host a friendraiser featuring playwright Tara Handron performing Drunk with Hope in Chicago, her one-woman play about the miracle of living authentically. Handron discards clichéd representations of recovery and alcoholism and relies on complex characters and richly layered stories to expose the raw emotions so many alcoholics experience.
