The Chamber Music Society of Fort Worth will present Spanish guitarist and composer Jaume Torrent as special guest artist in Journeys with the Virtuosi of Italy and Spain. A pre-concert conversation will begin at 1:15 pm just prior to the performance.

Torrent has soloed with many orchestras under the baton of distinguished conductors and as a chamber musician, he is a founding member of Quartet Tarragó. He has composed an extensive list of compositions for guitar, one of which will be performed at the February 21 concert.

Distinguished ensemble members on this concert include violinist Joseph Gold, violinist Gary Levinson, violist Susan Dubois and cellist Jesús Castro-Balbi.
