Chef David Anthony Temple will hold another Underground Dinner, and since it's Christmastime, what better way to celebrate than with a Creole Christmas? The menu will include Smoked Chicken, Tasso and Andouille Gumbo, creole trinity with dark roux and cornbread, a tableside Caesar salad with creole mustard, tabasco and croutons, blackened Louisiana redfish with jambalaya, lump crab and lemon burre blanc and Tchoupitoulas Bread Puddin' with amaretto butter sauce. The dinner will be held right before the Preservation Hall Jazz Band concert, so you'll have the option to attend just the dinner, just the concert or both. RSVP to tamara@spune.com.
