OCC is hosting a four-course dinner with guest chef Joel Harloff, who recently left Second Floor Bistro, beginning at 6:30 pm. Dishes include Annatto braised pork belly with sweet black beans and cilantro pesto paired with the OCC 2011  Wild Diamond Syrah as well as the spiced game hen sope, cucumber-jicama slaw and Serrano cream with OCC 2009 Firebrick Zinfadel. Reservations are $65 and can be made at 214-740-1985.
