The Chinese New Year was February 10, but if you missed it, catch up at Five Sixty with a six-course tasting menu with lapsan souchong tea smoked snakehead, wok fired Maine Lobster and crispy whole quail. Chef Puck will stop by to lead the festivities. Reservations will be accepted between 5:30 and 10 pm and the meal is $135 per person plus $50 for optional wine pairings.
