Artist Christopher H. Martin has pushed the boundaries of his signature technique reverse glass painting. Over the past 24 years his paintings have been represented and collected worldwide. Martin’s works are abstractions of nature created by controlling the medium of reverse painting on Lucite panels. His nonconformist business acuity drives him to connect to people, give back, and stay challenged.
Eight years ago Christopher began “Hearts for Hounds,” a Valentine-inspired event hosted at his gallery in Aspen, Colorado. Martin creates a series of 40 Heart paintings sized at 16x16 inches each. They will bring the event to their Dallas gallery for the first time ever.
The event will include cocktails, a viewing of the Hearts, and a visit with adorable, adoptable dogs. Twenty percent of proceeds will benefit the SPCA of Texas. Guests can choose the perfect Heart painting for a loved one while contributing to a noble organization.
