The City of Dallas will present the second installment of a multiple-part series called Conversations about Race, a dialogue and discussion about race. The second event will focus on Economic Opportunities.
The series is a prelude to the Dallas Faces Race: Face Race 2014 National Conference which will be held November 13-15.
Panelists will include local chambers of commerce and contractors associations, business leaders, elected officials, civil rights leaders, persons in leadership positions in various communities, and members of the media. The format will include significant time for questions and comments from audience members at the beginning of the program followed by discussion by the panelists.
Seating is limited and advanced registration is required, although registration does not guarantee a seat.
