The City of Irving will present its an annual two-part celebration of America’s independence. There will be a wide variety of activities throughout the day, including an award-winning parade and community reception at Heritage Park from 9 am-12 pm, and an evening festival with fireworks display at Lake Carolyn from 6-10 pm.
