The City of Richardson will present Main Street Celebration, celebrating recent improvements to Main Street, the heart of the Richardson community. The family-friendly day will feature street artists, activities for all ages along Main Street and shopping at Downtown Richardson’s eclectic mix of retailers as well as other area merchants from Richardson’s CORE District, which includes the Downtown subdistrict along with the Richardson Heights, Interurban, Lockwood, and Chinatown subdistricts.
A number of food vendors will also be available on McKinney Street, including Downtown favorites Del’s Charcoal Burgers, Yummy Burgers & BBQ and Isabelly’s Chocolates & Sweet Treats. The event will also feature live music, headlined by Texas native Abraham Alexander.
