Arlington Hall at Lee Park will host this holiday tradition, which includes a champagne reception, a three-course tasting of various savories, sweets and tea and a book reading by author Jennifer Pickens from her book, Pets at the White House: 50 Year of Presidents and Their Pets. Pickens will sign copies of her book after the reading.
