Italian pianist Beatrice Rana drew mass attention during the 2013 Cliburn Competition. Already a rising star, Ms. Rana was named “One to Watch” by International Piano magazine just before her Cliburn appearance. Recent and upcoming debuts include: Detroit Symphony, Los Angeles Philharmonic, Kennedy Center, and Paris’ Théâtre des Champs Élysées with conductors such as Yannick Nézet-Séguin, Miguel Harth-Bedoya, Leonard Slatkin and Fayçal Karoui.
