French pianist David Fray, who was named "Newcomer of the Year" by BBC Music Magazine, will make his Cliburn Concerts debut. A frequent soloist with leading orchestras, he has collaborated with distinguished conductors such as Yannick Nezet-Seguin, Kurt Masur, Christoph Eschenbach and Riccardo Muti, with recent highlights including performances with the Los Angeles Philharmonic, and the Cleveland and Boston Symphony Orchestras.
He also maintains an active career as a recitalist, performing in the most important concert halls across Europe, Asia and the United States, including the Louvre in Paris, Royal Concertgebouw in Amsterdam and Carnegie Hall in New York.
