The I Love Art 2016 Art Auction is a high-end pop-up art auction featuring some of Dallas’ professional painters, sculptors, photographers and more. Every artist was selected for his or her unique connection to Dallas. This is an unconventional type of art auction because Color Me Empowered has agreed to split the sales with the artist; 50 percent will benefit Color Me Empowered and 50 percent will go back to the artist. The event is expecting 60+ works of art created specifically for this art auction.
All local artists are encouraged to attend our event and sign up to participate in next years I Love Art 2017 Art Auction. Dallas artist, George Mendez, will be live-painting an oil on canvas to be live-auctioned at the end of the night.
