Shakespeare Dallas and AT&T Performing Arts Center are in the midst of presenting staged readings of every single one of Williams Shakespeare's works over five years. The 18th in the series will be Sonnets with Music, Part 1, an original presentation of Shakespeare’s “Sonnets of Sundry Notes to Music” and his narrative poem “The Phoenix and the Turtle” conceived and directed by Shawn Magill.

Sonnets with Music encompasses diverse art forms through innovative collaborations in theater, music, film and beyond— mixing poetry with theatricality and original compositions by Dallas’ top local music acts, headlined by the classical with a folk twist indie band Home by Hovercraft.

Student tickets for The Complete Works of William Shakespeare are now available free of charge thanks to ongoing support of the Center’s Community Partners program. Student tickets are available at the door by presenting your ID at the box office. No pre-purchase and subject to availability. Two tickets per student ID.

Performances will take place in the Studio Theatre.
