Chef Shaun Collins and Domaine host their third complimentary food and wine tasting with pairings including avocado crab salad with citrus vinaigrette with Domaine de Mourchon Rosé Seguret 2012 and cherry tomato and bocconcini tartlets with Petit Henri pinot noir 2011. The tasting runs from 3 to 5 pm.
