Have you ever wondered what it would be like to leave your family and the only land you have ever known to seek higher education and greater opportunity in another country? Have you ever considered the courage and determination it would take to plunge into your college experience, studying challenging subjects in a language that is not your native tongue?

The Core Theatre collaborated with UTD foreign students representing the nations of Taiwan, Kenya, The Democratic Republic of Congo, and Nigeria to create this enlightening theatre experience. These students will share their own stories as they lead the audience through the process of coming to the United States and petitioning to attend universities in North Texas.
