Craighead Green Gallery will present Mark Smith's exhibit, "The Space Between the Notes." The exhibtion showcases works that are made using high-density pigments over primed cross-braced hardwood panels. The color is applied in successive thin layers. Smith uses handmade tools, blades, brushes, streams of water, Teflon blenders, and carbon pencils.

Following the opening reception, the exhibit will be on display through November 11.
