Be the first to sign up for the family yoga marathon and let certified instructors help your family attain harmony in both mind and body.
If yoga isn’t for you, you can play traditional Asian games such as Carom (a mix between shuffleboard, marbles and pool), Diabolo (a type of juggling), hoop rolling (it’s exactly what you think), tuho (similar to horseshoes) and much more. Dancers will provide instruction for authentic Indian folk, contemporary and fusion dances.
There will be samples of nutritional snacks and clinical dietitian Sapna Punjabi-Gupta will provide tips on packing delicious and healthy lunches.
You can also make an origami flowerpot, decorate a pocket stone with an inspirational phrase or create an official Crow Collection of Asian Art back to school kit.
