Taste the Difference, a high-end tasting experience produced by Dallas's own restaurant visionary, Chef Scott Jones, makes its debut with an inaugural event in Centennial Hall at historic Fair Park.

Taking a starring role inside Taste the Difference are four open kitchens where the likes of chefs Brian Zenner, Kirstyn Brewer, Omar Flores, Anthony Van Camp, Jeff Harris, Bob Stephenson, Scott Gottlich, Abraham Salum, Uno Immanivong and Randall Warder will wow the crowd with their signature recipes, conversing with guests and allowing them to get behind-the-scenes culinary secrets only their right-hand sous chefs know. Attendees will devour tastings from these top-flight chefs and also will enjoy some succulent foodie conversation.

Attendees can also please their palate with fare from more than 20 North Texas restaurants representing the best of North Texas.  As one of the hottest culinary scenes in the country, the Dallas area has contributed well-known establishments, up-and-coming stars, and everyone's well-loved favorites to Taste the Difference for an unforgettable tasting experience. Guests will enjoy the opportunity to take a culinary tour through many different restaurants by tasting from among their best menu items. Participating restaurants include Jorge's, Lavendou and Bridge Bistro, among many others, and will enjoy fare from several different local artisanal culinary masters.

Wine and spirits sampling is also on the menu at Taste the Difference. More than 150 craft beers, wine and spirits are available for attendees' tasting pleasure, along with beer and wine pairings for each menu item. For those who relish the art of the cocktail, they can enjoy a craft cocktail or other tasty libations from the Taste the Difference mixology bar, where a DJ will spin tunes to set the mood.

This epicurean adventure also helps others in need: Taste the Difference is honored to represent Culinary with a Cause, a unique opportunity to enjoy the food that expands your culinary world while helping to make the world better for some deserving North Texans. Taste the Difference benefits the American Heart Association, which does excellent work in the community to keep friends and neighbors healthy and enjoying life to the fullest.

Attendees must be 21 years or older with a valid form of ID. A ticket to Taste the Difference also includes complimentary admission to Taste of Dallas.

Each tasting experience lasts four hours.
