Downtown Dallas Inc. and Dallas Arts District presents "Impulse," an art installation of 12 LED seesaws that experiments with light and sound when activated by the public.
"Impulse" will be located in the Dallas Arts District April 13-22, and in Main Street Garden, April 25-May 6.
