The Dallas Holocaust Museum/Center for Education and Tolerance will host a 2014 Yom Hashoah Commemoration Ceremony at Temple Shalom. Yom Hashoah, also known as Holocaust Remembrance Day, commemorates the lives of Jewish people who were murdered during the Holocaust and is a testament to how the Holocaust changed the world.

Gather your family and friends to honor and remember victims of this catastrophic event. Families of Holocaust survivors will light the six torches representing the six million who perished in the Holocaust. Guests will also enjoy a musical presentation that reflects upon the lasting effects of the Holocaust.
