The Dallas Institute of Humanities and Culture will host Wyman Meinzer, Texas’ only Official State Photographer. Meinzer will talk about his life and photography. Meinzer has traveled to every corner of Texas and all points in between in search of the first and last rays of sunlight in its magnificent sweep across the Texas landscape.
