Dallas Museum of Art presents Decorative Arts Symposium

The Dallas Museum of Art will present the second annual Decorative Arts Symposium benefiting the Museum’s Decorative Arts Acquisition Endowment Fund.

This year’s Symposium will include coffee and breakfast bites, followed by welcoming remarks by Agustín Arteaga, Eugene McDermott Director of the Dallas Museum of Art, and event chair Beverly Nichols. Featured Symposium speakers will include award-winning garden designer, acclaimed author, television host, and conservationist P. Allen Smith; John Hays, deputy chairman of Christie’s; and Ann Pailthorp, who leads the North American Colour Consultancy Program for British craftsmen in paint and paper, Farrow & Ball. A book signing with all speakers will immediately follow.
