The 2016 Art Ball, themed Art + Architecture, will be co-chaired by Ann and David Sutherland. Proceeds from Art Ball directly affect the DMA’s commitment to providing free access to its collection and to a wide range of exhibitions and educational and public programs.
The Ball will feature its signature components, as well as some new surprises, closely guarded by Security Sponsor Sidley Austin. Patrons will stroll down the concourse courtesy of Red Carpet Sponsor Neiman Marcus and enjoy a multi-course seated dinner presented by Menu Sponsor Bank of America. The live auction will be curated by interior architectural designer Trisha Wilson and conducted by Luxury Auction Sponsor Christie’s.
Guests will also enjoy a special silent auction chaired by Gonzalo Bueno and Folly: at the Art Ball, presented by the DMA's young professionals group, the Junior Associates. Junior Associates Rachel and Michael Osburn will serve as the Folly chairs. The newly-minted soirée will debut on Eagle Family Plaza. The Dallas Art Fair graciously serves at the Invitation Sponsor.
