The Dallas Museum of Art will be the first stop on a nine-city tour for Jellyfish Eyes, the first-ever film by acclaimed anime artist Takashi Murakami. The film tells the story of young Masashi, who recently lost his father and moves with his mother to a small city in the Japanese countryside. When he discovers their new apartment is inhabited by a pint-sized, gravity-defying creature, Masashi begins to discover that very little in this sleepy town is what it appears to be.

Murakami will be in attendance for the screening. Admission to the film is free, but reservations are required.
