The Dallas Music Educators Association Jazz Festival will feature Dallas ISD's middle school and high school jazz programs and an evening concert with the Booker T. Washington HSPVA Jazz Combo, DMEA Directors' Jazz Band, and the University of North Texas' One O'Clock Lab Band.
