Dallas Opera
Dallas Opera will present a family matinee performance of The Elixir of Love, a hilarious, fully-staged one-act opera about a young man who hopes to win the heart of his true love, with the help of one Doctor Dulcamara and his mysterious potion.
The SMU cast of The Elixir of Love features soprano Audra Methvin as Adina, tenor Jeawook Lee as Nemorino, baritone Njabulo Mthimkhulu as Belcore and bass Travis McGuire as Dulcamara.
Lobby activities for the kids will begin at 12:30 pm, followed by the performance at 2 pm.
