Dallas Symphony Orchestra presents Parks Concert: Flag Pole Hill

Assistant Conductor Shira Samuels-Shragg (Marena & Roger Gault Chair) will lead the Dallas Symphony Orchestra in a program featuring patriotic favorites like “America the Beautiful” and Morton Gould’s Armed Forces Salute, alongside festive classics including Bernstein’s Overture to Candide, “Seven O’Clock Shout” by Valerie Coleman, and Tchaikovsky’s 1812 Overture. Fireworks will begin at 9:15 pm.

In the case of rain, the concert will be moved to Meyerson Symphony Center.
