Newly-appointed artist-in-residence Conrad Tao brings his energy and spirit to Rachmaninoff's virtuosic concerto, Rhapsody on a Theme of Paganini. Former DSO Music Director Eduardo Mata is remembered on the 20th anniversary of his death in a performance of Carlos Chávez's Sinfonia India, a work loved by Mata and performed on the first concert at the Meyerson. Other selections will include the Dallas premiere of Mason Bates' Liquid Interface and Dvorak's Symphony No. 7.
