The 40th anniversary Centerstage gala will be a cabaret-jazz-inspired evening of multimedia and fine dining that will include a cocktail reception highlighting many of the Public Works education and community engagement programs and featuring the Diane & Hal Brierley Resident Acting Company, followed by a seated dinner and program, live auction & paddle raise, and ending with a musical performance by celebrated Broadway star André De Shields.

The evening will also celebrate the 65 years of Dallas Theater Center producing work on and off stage and the community that makes it possible. The 2024 Linda and Bill Custard Award will be given to The Donna Wilhelm Family Philanthropy Fund recognizing the steadfast, thoughtful, and tailored support to the DTC.
