In the animated film OwnerBuilt, Hurricane Katrina destroyed Noel's home, and as he rebuilds, he evokes the past, but his memories are complicated by the tragic events of Danziger Bridge.
The screening will take place at Dallas VideoFest's Video Cafe, in the same shopping center as the Alamo Drafthouse.
