The Video Association of Dallas is partnering with Oral Fixation, the Dallas storytelling experience. Artistic Director Nicole Stewart has selected seven of the best stories from the recently completed third season and VAD has selected seven filmmakers to create original works behind them as they perform their stories live at the festival.

The storytellers and stories are: Byron Sanders from “Bun in the Oven," Allison Hatfield from “When in Rome,” Drew Weininger from “Silver Lining,” Jamie Laughlin from “No Strings Attached,” Melissa Smrekar from “Elephant in the Room,” Blake Friis from “Ducks in a Row” and Amanda Rodenborg from “The Whole Enchilada.” They are paired with filmmakers George Beck, Dylan Key, Mona Kasra, Iris Lopez, Danielle Georgiou, Michael Gonzalez and Ella Hoffman.
