The Dallas Wind Symphony will present I'm Too Saxy at the Meyerson Symphony Center. Guest conductor Michael Haithcock will lead the Dallas Wind Symphony, with a guest appearance by the Donald Sinta Saxophone Quartet.

Among the pieces that will be played are: Millennium Canons by Kevin Putts, Concerto Grosso for Saxophone Quartet by William Bolcom, Flourishes and Meditations on a Renaissance Theme by Michael Gandolfi and Passacaglia on BACH by Ron Nelson.

Windnotes with Professor Carol, a free pre-concert talk features Dr. Carol Reynolds' background insights about the concert, will take place at 7 pm. At 7:45 pm, the DWS brass section performs the World Premier of Invictu: Fanfare for Uncommon Heroes by Brandon Maahs in the main lobby.
