This second version of the Dallas Women's March, not affiliated with the national Women's March, was organized by State Representatives Victoria Neave and Rhetta Bowers, along with a group of dedicated volunteers. The March will go from St. Paul United Methodist Church in the Dallas Arts District toward Dallas City Hall, finishing with a rally with speakers, DJ, and more.
