The Daughters of WWI will present An Evening with Elisabeth von Trapp, granddaughter of the legendary Maria and Baron von Trapp, whose story inspired The Sound of Music. Elisabeth has carried on the musical legacy of the internationally renowned Trapp Family Singers.

The mission of the Daughters of WWII is to honor all veterans of World War II and preserve their memories so future generations can know and understand the great sacrifices these men and women made to protect the freedom all Americans enjoy today.

All proceeds from this benefit will help send veterans of the Normandy invasion back to France for the 70th anniversary memorial event.
