DeSoto Parks and Recreation presents the Best Southwest Juneteenth Celebration. Howard Hewett, an R&B legend well known from his days with Shalamar, will headline with a free concert.
The entertainment line-up includes Go-Go music from Shawn Martin, Blues singer Phat Daddy, an opera singer, a children’s performance, and African dancers.
