Wild Salsa hosts a Dia De Lose Muertos gathering beginning October 30 through November 2. Celebrate with chef Kelly Hightower's pumpkin horchata margarita with tequila, spiced pumpkin, lemon juice, horchata and honey; and arroz con pollo with saffron-braised free range chicken, chayote rice and pinto bean stew. The pumpkin margarita is $6 and the chicken is $14.
