Baylor Scott & White Medical Center will present Dirk Nowitzki’s 2018 Heroes Celebrity Baseball Game. The event will feature family-fun festivities and a Heroes Special Olympics All-Star Softball Game plus a post-game fireworks finale.
For the 17th year, two baseball teams made up of celebrity players will slug it out for seven innings of hard-charging, umpires-umpping, trash-talking, base-stealing, home run-hitting baseball. Among the players scheduled to appear will be Dallas Cowboys Dak Prescott, Zeke Elliott, and Sean Lee; Dallas Mavericks Dennis Smith Jr., Harrison Barnes, and Mark Cuban; former Dallas Cowboys Pro Bowl linebacker Demarcus Ware; Heisman Trophy winner Herschel Walker; and Denver Broncos linebacker Von Miller.
Proceeds will benefit the Dirk Nowitzki Foundation and the Heroes Foundation.
