The Dolly Llama, which offers warm waffles, cold ice cream, sauces & toppings, shakes, waffle ice cream sandwiches, and more, will open a new location in Plano. The first 100 guests to arrive in line at noon will receive tons of free swag. During the entire day, all guests can win a chance at raffle prizes.
