Downtown Plano will present Lunar New Year Celebration, which will showcase a performance by Rising Phoenix Lion Dance Association that will wind throughout the arts district, and a Kung Fu demonstration by Shaolin Wu-Yi Institute in McCall Plaza. The first 460 guests will receive Lucky Money envelopes, with best wishes for happiness and good fortune in the new year.
