Maurice Duruflé was an outstanding French organist, teacher at the Paris Conservatoire, and composer. His beautiful Requiem, thematically based on Gregorian chants, is his most famous piece combining the beauty of voice and organ in a mysterious combination.
Organist Bradley Hunter Welch and the Dallas Symphony Chorus will perform.
