EarthX Film and Dickies Skateboarding are partnering with the 4DWN Project, a South Dallas nonprofit, to celebrate the power of sport, art, and mindful community collaboration to drive progress towards a healthy, sustainable future for the planet. Pro skaters Rob Cahill (4DWN's founder) and Mike Crum will host professional skaters from around the world as they show off their skills in a Pro Vert Ramp Best Trick Contest.
Cahill and Crum will also mentor young and aspiring skaters from the greater Dallas area. Skaters will have the opportunity to show off their skills on 4DWN's pro vert ramp, concrete bowl, street skate course, mini-ramp, and 5,000-square-foot indoor skate park.
Funds raised by the event will support 4DWN's "community of communities" in providing an all-inclusive space to celebrate self-expression through skateboarding with hands-on outreach, education, and empowerment.
