Eataly Dallas will present Chefs' Night at Terra, featuring four of Dallas’ best restaurants coming together for an evening of collaboration, culinary excellence, and community.
Eataly’s own Chef Jake Epstein and Chef Michael Lawson will be joined by Chef Tiffany Derry of Roots Southern Table, Chef Brandon Pappalardo of Suburban Yacht Club, and Chef Junior Borges of Meridian. The five chefs will collaborate on a menu inspired by each restaurant’s own specialties. Each course will be paired with a glass of regional Italian wine, finished off with an artisanal dessert prepared by Eataly's pastry chefs.
