Empower African Children will present Spirit of Uganda, in which a vibrant cast of 22 young performers, ages 8-18, will perform a program of music and dance to the melodic tones of standing drums.

These young Ambassadors for Uganda's 2.7 million orphans personify the resilience and promise of Africa's next generation through dramatic choreography, bright layered rhythms and gorgeous call-and-response vocals.
