Apheleia Restaurant Group announces the second installment of the dinner series between their restaurants Belly & Trumpet, Oak, and Pakpao. On Sunday, November 10, at Belly & Trumpet, Chef Brian Zenner will feature “An Exploration of the Pacific Northwest,” a culinary journey inspired by his eight years spent living and working in Portland, Oregon.

  • Amuse: American Sturgeon Caviar, Snow Fungus, Egg
  • 1st Course: Rivers Edge Chevre, Butternut Squash, Chanterelle, Filbert
  • 2nd Course: Manila Clam, Serrano Ham, Napa Cabbage, Tomato
  • 3rd Course: Gnocchi, Oregon Black Truffle, Cauliflower, Parmesan
  • 4th Course: Sablefish, Black Trumpet Mushroom, Pear, Salsify
  • 5th Course: Snake River Farms Kobe, Leek, Swiss Chard, Fig
  • 6th Course: Huckleberry, White Chocolate, Lemon, Almond, Thai Basil
