Fearing's Restaurant at the Ritz-Carlton will present Wine Tour of the World with Paul Botamer. This series of wine education, tasting and discovery, will highlight unique wines from across the globe. Visitors can immerse themselves with knowledge and tasting of unique varietals paired with a carefully selected 5 course culinary menu to compliment the flavors each highlighted region. The first stop on the wine tour of the word will highlight "Hidden Gems" of the wine world and will include rare finds of wine selections from Greece, France, California and more.
