Dallas food-lovers are in for a treat, as renowned chef Marcus Samuelsson of New York’s Red Rooster Harlem will join Chef Dean Fearing for brunch service. The experience is part of a new initiative showcasing the best of local and national/international chefs appearing in side-by-side collaboration with the Fearing’s Restaurant culinary team.

To celebrate Black History Month, Marcus Samuelsson will be taking his newly released, The Red Rooster Cookbook: The Story of Food and Hustle in Harlem, on a multi-city tour, including Dallas. Samuelsson’s famed Red Rooster builds on Harlem’s rich culinary culture, and his larger restaurant collection encompasses further New York City establishments as well as top-rated dining destinations in Chicago, Bermuda and Scandinavia.

The Sunday Brunch will allow diners to enjoy menu selections by both Samuelsson and Fearing. During the event, diners will be able to purchase a copy of Chef Samuelsson’s Red Rooster Cookbook, which he will autograph for them.
