John Tesar, Executive Chef and partner of Knife Plano, will host a special benefit dinner with other highly acclaimed guest chefs and Feed the Children to help fight childhood hunger in the Plano community.
This one-of-a-kind multi-course dinner will feature dishes from guest chefs Tim Byres (Smoke Restaurant-Dallas), Justin Brunson (Old Major-Denver), Timothy Rattray (The Granary Cue & Brew-San Antonio) and Junior Borges (formerly of the Joule Hotel-Dallas), as well as an auction hosted by Billy Harris.
This is one of many benefit dinners Feed the Children has planned across the country to help defeat childhood hunger. In Texas alone, more than 22 percent of children fall below the poverty line, which means many children go to bed not knowing where their next meal is coming from.
