Five-Course Wine Dinner with Tiffany Derry

The Wine Poste and guest chef Tiffany Derry put on a five-course meal beginning with a champagne reception at 7 pm. Dishes include pork buns with pork belly and pickled vegetables on a steamed bun paired with a 2011 Flux Blanc and Peking Duck with okra, tomato, herb salad and cornbread croutons paired with a 2010 Pierre Usseglio. The meal runs $110 per person and reservations can be made at 214-272-3221.
