Spend an evening with legendary chef hosts Wolfgang Puck, Dean Fearing, Robert Del Grande, Jacob Williamson, and Hiroyuki Fujino for a festive soiree celebrating the reunion of these longtime chefs and friends. The party will feature a hybrid of the flavors of Asia and Texas with live culinary stations positioned around the restaurant where guests can interact with each of the chefs throughout the evening.

Upon stepping out of the elevator into Five Sixty, guests will be greeted by butler-passed champagne and upbeat tunes by DJ RomiQ who will be positioned in front of the expansive wine wall. The party will span the entire restaurant with live action stations throughout the lounge and dining rooms. Guests will also enjoy passed hors d’oeuvres for the duration of the event.

The food and beverage stations will include five live action culinary stations, five craft cocktail stations, and select Wolfgang Puck wines. Each culinary station will be manned by one of the legendary chefs so guests can meet and talk with each chef as they enjoy the various offerings. Each chef will create a unique dish using decadent ingredients including local Texas wagyu, Chinese lacquered duckling, caviar, truffles and more.
